Being able to withstand ultra-high pressure from 0.0013 MPa to 1000 MPa and ultra-high temperature from - 269 to 1430 ℃, stainless steel valves are widely used to control the flow of fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive medium, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive medium.
Applications
Stainless steel valves, such as globe valve, gate valve, ball valve, are mainly used in petrochemical industry, such as ethylene cracking device, polyethylene device and polypropylene device in ethylene production, PTA device (pure terephthalic acid), polyester device and polyester spinning device in chemical fiber production.
304 and 304L are suitable for transportation in weak acid-base medium with less corrosion, such as nitric acid, fertilizer, benzene, oxygen, etc.
316 and 316L are mainly used for medium transportation of strong acids and bases, such as acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.
